The YSC Wellness Summit offers a discounted rate of $229 plus tax ($258/night total). This rate is good through September 2, 2026, or until the block is sold out. A credit card is required to reserve your hotel room, but it won’t be charged until you check in. If you cancel less than 2 days of your arrival, one night will be charged to the card on file.

Get There
The Nearest Hub: SEA-TAC Airport
Most attendees will fly into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). The hotel is only about 9 miles from the airport, which means you can go from the baggage claim to the lakefront in about 15–20 minutes.
Uber and Lyft are both available at SEA-TAC and usually cost about $30-$45. You can also hop on the Route 560 Bus (Sound Transit) for a straight shot from the airport to Renton and a 3-minute walk to the hotel.
Pro-Traveler Tip:
If you’re arriving on Friday afternoon, try to land before 3:00 PM. Seattle traffic is legendary, and getting settled early means more time to decompress by the water before our evening welcome activity begins!
